How to Use

1. Dry your teeth with a tissue or clean cloth.
2. Peel the strip from the backing.
3. Apply to teeth, aligning with the gum line. Stretch the strip if needed
4. Leave on for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse or brush gently with water only. 

PS: don’t brush your teeth with toothpaste before applying the strips! 

Each box includes 7 days’ worth of strips — one upper and one lower strip per day — to complete your full whitening treatment.
